Laser cutting hexagonal hydroponic tower display stand metal parts

Today we are sharing a custom-made hexagonal hydroponic display stand from our German customer Mr.Kiernan.

Mr. Kieman, who met YISHANG through the Made in China website, received a request for quote from him. At that time, we received a request for quotation from him.

We had a 2-hour video conference to communicate about the preliminary design of the hydroponic display stand and the customer's idea. After the technician provided 3D drawing to the customer for preliminary confirmation through 2 hours, Kieman liked our design and solution very much.

We provided a preliminary quote to Kieman.

After 5 days of communication, we received the sample fee and mold cost for the hydroponic hitching display stand. I am very happy about this because Kieman is my first German customer. Customers are hard to come by, maybe you know how the salesman feels.

After receiving the order, we had a meeting with the technician and production management to further implement the production plan of the product.

The hexagonal hydroponic display is made of 1.0 mm thick 316 stainless steel with laser cutting machine, CNC bending machine and argon arc welding.
