CUTTING

SHEARING | PUNCHING| LASER CUTTING

With a variety of in-house cutting services, we can recommend which subtractive processes will give you the best value and quality for your project. Plates, tubes, pipes, bars, rods, or profiles are cuttable.

FORMING

BENDING

We carry out bending of sheet metal parts using CNC press brakes. We provide precise and efficient CNC bending services and techniques to suit your requirements and specifications.

ASSEMBLING

WELDING | INSERTION HARDWARE

We acquire and install all needed hardware, and complete all the welding of components in-house. We offer robotic, MIG, TIG, spot and stud welding services for all high or low-volume production.

FINISHING

GRINDING | POWDER COATING

Powder coating is a process where an electrostatic powder is applied to a charged metal component. It is the preferred surface treatment method when no special requirements. Powder coating colour match and quality control is operated by Jay. Jay’s attention to details is incredible.
