From the video, you can see that our 10 year experienced riveter is polishing processing the energy storage cabinet casing for American customers.
This battery storage cabinet is customized by combining stainless steel and transparent tempered glass.
You can choose different materials for customization, such as cold-rolled steel plate and galvanized plate. We use stainless steel plate models 201, 304, and 316.
Let's take a look at the video where the polishing personnel polish the surface of the energy storage enclosure.
The surface treatment of the panel of the battery energy storage cabinet casing is brushed.
After welding the cover plate of the energy storage cabinet, we will remove welding marks on the surface of the energy storage shell and re wire draw the cover plate.
There are three surface treatments for stainless steel plates: 1. brushed surface, 2 Mirror surface, 3. Powder coating treatment.
The surface of wire drawing has a straight and continuous wire drawing texture.
Mirror surface treatment can be divided into two types: ordinary mirror surface and precision polished mirror surface.
Our customized products typically use mirror like effects.
Because the finely polished mirror effect can clearly see a person's appearance, ordinary mirror stainless steel plates cannot clearly see the appearance of objects.
