Project sharing of metal pillow display racks in the United States

We are pleased to receive an order from American customer Ivan for 100 sets of metal pillow display racks.

Firstly, let's talk about how we got to know Mr.Ivan. We met because of a feedback letter from a personal test pillow. That day, by chance, due to poor sleep for a long time, when searching for memory pillows online, I clicked on the introduction page of a memory pillow and was instantly attracted by their pillow efficacy and humanized design. 

I placed an order to buy one and went home to try out its effect.

After two months of trial feedback, I became more interested in this company and coincidentally, our company is also engaged in non-standard customized sheet metal processing projects. So I will send the experience of using memory pillows and YISHANG's customization concept to the backend sales department together.

One month later, I suddenly received a reply from the purchasing assistant of the company. I am really happy to receive feedback.

It feels like my idol left me a message. Can you understand my feelings?

After a month of mutual understanding and communication, Ivan allowed me to test the prototype and they are looking for a suitable pillow display stands for the new pillow brand. The design requires fashion and simplicity, flexible installation, and easy disassembly.

One day after receiving the client's sample design re

quest, the business and design departments will schedule a 2-hour video conference with the client. Show customers the design concept, product placement, installation, and disassembly functions one by one.

Ivan and colleagues in the department are very satisfied with our company's design but still have doubts. Worried that the finished product may not be as flexible as displayed.

It is normal for customers to have doubts. In the following week, I will share a series of production progress videos and pictures on the design, production, surface treatment, and packaging of the pillow display stand with Ivan in an email. They are fully involved in this project and understand the production situation of the product every day.

One week later, the finished product of the display rack was completed, as shown in the picture. Ivan and their colleagues were very surprised and happy when they saw us assembling and disassembling the metal pillow display stand on site from the video. Subsequently, some positional modifications were made. The customer directly placed an order for 100 sets of metal pillow display racks.

You can also see from the video that our welding personnel are welding the steel structure frame of the pillow display frame.
