The dimensions of the IR72 housing are 72 "high x 24" wide x 38 "deep, made of heavy-duty 12 gauge steel and 16 gauge steel side panels. To connect multiple unit bolts together, the side panels of the housing can be removed (sealed with washers).

For rack mounted applications, the IR72 is equipped with 19 inch wide adjustable mounting rails; Customized square punched or threaded guide rails. The IR72 has an internal rack installation space of 38U, with rails connected to a built-in single pillar on the rack casing. The rack mounting rails are installed at the front and rear of the cabinet, with adjustable depths for proper positioning of the equipment. The dust-proof split panel is located at the top and bottom of the cabinet, and is used to lay cables, flexible wires, and wires of different sizes.

The front and rear doors of the 12 rack shell freezer IR72 can be locked with a key locked three-point latch to ensure safety. The panoramic window (located at the front door) is an ideal choice for device monitoring, using tempered safety glass or Lexan polycarbonate. The front and rear doors adopt reversible hinges to increase placement flexibility.

Using the included industrial grade casters, rack mounted chassis can be easily transported around the factory floor. The front casters can be locked and the rear casters can rotate. The lifting ears installed on the top of the rack casing can also be used to move the casing. For companies that require shell fixation, anti tilt legs or bolt fixed legs can be provided.

The thermal management option includes a 200 CFM filtration fan system (which can easily install two complete systems), which will keep air flowing throughout the entire casing. The fan and exhaust will generate positive pressure, thereby eliminating harmful dust and dirt entering the casing. Other thermal management options include air conditioners of different sizes, vortex cooling units, or NEMA 12 heat exchangers.
