This wall mounted control distribution box is customized from all metal and made of cold-rolled steel plate.
You can choose different materials for customization, such as stainless steel plates, which come in models 201, 304, and 316,
Different models have different prices. The surface treatment of stainless steel plates not only has a mirror effect but also a brushed surface.
You can choose different surface treatments according to the needs of the product
We use a CNC hydraulic riveting machine to perform riveting processing on the control distribution box panel.
Place the pressure rivet on the hydraulic head first, and then align the circular hole on the metal panel with the pressure rivet to punch a complete rivet.
This way of pressing rivets can better reduce errors and defective products in pressing rivets.
