We walked in and saw him welding the metal enclosure cover plates, which were customized and formed from cold rolled steel plates using precision CNC punches and CNC bending equipment before being welded.
There are three welding methods, spot welding and pull welding. Commonly used is spot welding. For small sheet metal parts, as an example, we usually use spot welding, which can save costs and make the product very sturdy and not easy to fall off.
For customers with special requirements, they will require the metal parts to be pulled and welded for processing.
