Welding sheet metal fabrication of three battery enclosure

We are here today to introduce a battery cabinet enclosure for a US customer. Yishang Metal Fabrication Co., Ltd. used advanced CNC punching equipment, laser cutting machine, CNC bending machine and manual argon arc welding technology to precisely fabricate 3 battery cabinet enclosures of different heights.

During the fabrication process, Yishang Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. strictly followed the design drawings provided by the customer to ensure that each process met the customer's requirements. First, the CNC punching machine cuts and stamps the metal sheets to make parts that meet the requirements. Then, the laser cutting machine cuts the parts precisely to ensure that the size and shape of each part meet the requirements. Next, the CNC bending machine bends the parts to make them into the required shell shape. Finally, manual argon arc welding technology welds the parts of the enclosure to make it a complete battery cabinet enclosure.
