Stainless steel cabinet wire drawing surface treatment As shown in the figure, a stainless steel control cabinet is manufactured using 304 stainless steel plates through CNC punching, CNC bending, welding, polishing, and surface wire drawing processes.
The stainless steel cabinet shell that has been welded and polished requires re-drawing and processing on the product surface.
This ensures that the external wire drawing texture of the product is consistent after welding and polishing.

Door panel:

Fix the adjustable crossbar bracket with screws.
Adjustable horizontal bar bracket:
Adopting a square hole design makes the panel more convenient to fix.

A: Depends on your specific items, within 3 - 7 days is required generally.

A: We accept 50% as payment deposit when the goods are done, we take photos for your check and you then pay the balance.
Q5: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or draftswith dimensions (Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.
Q6:Can we get some samples before mass production?
A: Absolute. However, the shipping cost of the sample will be paid by the customer.
Q7: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with pictures or videos which show the machining progress.
