Brushed surface in mechanical surface treatment is to make the surface smooth and straight by rubbing the cloth strip on the surface of the workpiece through reciprocating motion, thus improving the surface quality. Brushed on the metal surface is a manufacturing process in which the stainless steel plate is scraped out with sandpaper, and a film layer containing metal components is formed through special treatment, presenting a matte and fine luster. Brushed surfaces can effectively cover up mechanical defects and mold defects in production.
Stainless steel control distribution cabinet:
1. Heat dissipation ventilation holes: The entire stainless steel cabinet has upper square strip ventilation holes on the left and right sides.
2. Stainless steel door panel: The door panel is equipped with reinforcing ribs to ensure that the door panel is fixed and will not shake when closing the door.
3 Cabinet back panel: The internal back panel can be treated with a 2B surface and brushed stainless steel surface. You only need to use screws to fix the adjustable crossbar bracket to the appropriate size and use it.
4. Adjustable crossbar bracket: The square hole design allows you to set the height of each bracket according to the size of the accessories placed inside the cabinet, making it easier to fix the panel.

Q6:Can we get some samples before mass production?
A: Absolute. However, the shipping cost of the sample will be paid by the customer.
Q7: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with pictures or videos which show the machining progress.
