What Furniture Buyers Usually Ask Before an RFQ
Can you manufacture custom table legs and furniture frames from our drawings?
Yes — we manufacture metal table legs, desk legs, bench legs, table frames, underframes and welded support structures from STEP, DXF, DWG or PDF drawings.
Can you manufacture table, chair and cabinet frame components for the same furniture project?
Yes — we can manufacture multiple component types for the same project including table frames, chair frames, cabinet frames and brackets from the same drawing set.
Can you work with tube/profile and sheet metal in one furniture assembly?
Yes — we work with both tube/profile and sheet metal where required by the drawing. Material selection follows drawing requirements.
How do you control frame geometry after welding and finishing?
We review critical dimensions, squareness and joint geometry during and after welding. Finishing is applied after dimensional inspection.
Can you support prototype furniture components before repeat production?
Yes — we support prototype and sample approval before committing to repeat production quantities.
Can different finishes be coordinated across matching furniture parts?
Yes — where multiple components require matching finishes such as powder coating colour or brushed direction, we coordinate finishing across the component set.
