Questions Bracket Buyers Usually Need to Confirm
Can you manufacture custom metal brackets from our drawings?
Yes. We review the drawing, material, thickness, geometry, quantity, hardware and finish before confirming the fabrication route and quotation scope.
Can you produce L, U, Z and multi-bend brackets?
Yes. These formed geometries can be reviewed together with offsets, slots, tabs, gussets and related mounting features. Final feasibility follows the drawing and material.
Can you install PEM nuts, studs or rivet nuts in brackets?
Yes, when they are specified in the drawing or agreed project scope. Hardware type, side, position and downstream assembly requirements should be included in the RFQ.
How do you control bend angles and hole positions after forming?
The review checks bend relationships, hole-to-bend conditions and mating features. Production and inspection are then based on the approved drawing and sample requirements.
Can you support prototype brackets before repeat production?
Yes. Prototype or pilot quantities can be reviewed before approved requirements move into repeat OEM production.
Can brackets be supplied together with related panels or fabricated parts?
Yes. Related panels, supports and fabricated parts can be coordinated under one drawing set when they are included in the agreed manufacturing scope.
