Fit, alignment & assembly
Fabrication Details That Affect Frame Fit, Alignment & Assembly
The responsibility stays with drawing-controlled fabrication details—not unverified load, fatigue or structural-performance claims.
01
Frame & Rack Geometry
Welded frames and racks need controlled geometry so connected parts and downstream equipment assemble as intended.
02
Mounting Interface Position
Holes, slots, plates and mounting interfaces need consistent positioning around mating equipment and components.
03
Welded Features & Hardware
Welded features, studs, rivet nuts and installed hardware need to remain in drawing-defined locations.
04
Finish, Masking & Contact Surfaces
Coating, masking and visible or contact surfaces need to follow approved requirements for downstream assembly and handling.

Project route
From Material Handling Drawings to Repeat Production
Drawing review, sample confirmation and repeat production stay tied to the same geometry, interfaces, hardware and finish requirements.
01
Review the Drawings
Confirm material, profile or sheet requirements, dimensions, quantity, mounting interfaces, hardware and finish.
02
Check Structure & DFM Risks
Review frame geometry, welding, holes, connected parts, hardware positions and finish-related requirements.
03
Approve the Sample
Confirm dimensions, fit-related interfaces, appearance and assembly before repeat production where applicable.
04
Produce, Inspect & Protect
Inspect drawing-controlled features and finished surfaces, then protect structures for shipment and downstream assembly.

Questions Material Handling Buyers Usually Need to Confirm
Can you manufacture conveyor frames and support structures from our drawings?
Yes. Yishang can manufacture the fabricated frame, support, mounting plates and related metal scope shown in the drawing. Belts, rollers, motors, sensors and the complete conveyor system remain outside this page’s claim unless separately agreed.
Can you manufacture transport racks and material handling fixtures for repeat production?
Yes. Product-specific racks, nests, dividers and handling structures can move from sample or pilot review into repeat production based on approved requirements.
Can you work with tube/profile and sheet metal in the same handling structure?
Yes. Tube or profile frames can be coordinated with formed panels, plates, brackets and related fabricated components under one drawing set.
How do you control frame geometry and mounting interfaces after welding?
The review identifies connected geometry and critical interfaces first. Welding sequence, fixtures where appropriate, sample confirmation and inspection are planned around the approved drawing.
Can you install casters, handles, PEM hardware or other purchased components?
Yes, when included in the agreed scope. Yishang installs specified purchased components; it does not imply that bought-in hardware is manufactured in-house.
Can you support prototypes before repeat production for material handling projects?
Yes. A production-intent sample or pilot quantity can confirm geometry, interfaces, hardware and finish before repeat OEM production is released.
