Brass Components Engineered for Fit, Finish and Repeat Orders.
Yishang Metal manufactures custom brass components, covers, brackets, fittings, machined parts, decorative parts, and OEM metal products. We help buyers review brass grade, machining details, surface finish, assembly fit, and repeat production requirements before manufacturing.
Start With What the Brass Component Must Do.
Brass is selected for different reasons. The dominant requirement determines the material condition, production route, surface standard and inspection plan.
Create a premium visible surface
For faceplates, trims, covers and hardware where color, grain direction, gloss and handling marks affect acceptance.
Form a complex shape
For bent, stamped or deep-drawn parts where thickness, temper, radii and grain direction control cracking and springback.
Machine accurate features
For fittings, bushings, threaded parts and hardware where the specified alloy must support clean machining and repeatable dimensions.
Perform in a defined environment
For components exposed to humidity, contact, cleaning or other service conditions that must be reviewed with the protective finish.
Choose How the Part Will Be Made Before Locking the Brass Specification.
A brass grade that works well for one process may be the wrong choice for another. We match the specification to the geometry and manufacturing method.
Sheet metal route
Laser-cut panels, enclosures, covers and bent brackets
Thickness, temper, bend radius, grain direction, cosmetic face and flatness after forming.
Stamping & deep-drawing route
Repeat-volume clips, shells, caps and formed components
Tooling investment, annual volume, draw depth, lubrication, trim allowance and surface protection.
CNC machining route
Fittings, threads, bushings and precision hardware
Exact alloy designation, datum scheme, burr standard, thread gauges and inspection frequency.
Mixed-process route
Parts combining forming, machining, joining or assembly
Process order, heat and finish effects, tolerance stack-up and protection between operations.
We do not substitute brass grades without approval. Put the exact material standard, temper, certificate requirement and service condition on the drawing or RFQ.
From Function to Manufacturable Brass Components
Yishang supplies finished custom components for assembly and resale. We are not a brass sheet, bar or coil retailer.
Decorative panels & faceplates
Visible panels, trims and control faces with defined grain, gloss and protected cosmetic surfaces.
Enclosures, covers & shells
Formed housings and covers produced around fit, flatness, hole position and appearance requirements.
Brackets, clips & stamped parts
Repeat-volume formed components designed around tooling contact, springback and batch consistency.
CNC fittings & threaded hardware
Machined fittings, bushings, spacers and custom threaded parts with controlled burrs and gauges.
Frames, trims & equipment details
Brass details for equipment and architectural products where dimensions and visual consistency both matter.
Mixed-metal assemblies
Assemblies combining brass with steel, stainless steel or aluminum after compatibility and finish risks are reviewed.
A Finish Name Alone Cannot Define Acceptable Brass.
The purchase order should describe the visual result, protection method and surfaces that must remain dimensionally functional.
Brushed
State grain direction, acceptable scratch level, cosmetic faces and how parts must be handled between processes.
Polished
Approve the gloss and reflection level on a physical sample; words such as high gloss are not a sufficient standard.
Clear protected
Confirm coating appearance, masking, adhesion expectation and the protection required against handling or tarnish.
Specified plated finish
Define the approved color sample, finishing route, critical fit areas and post-finish inspection method.

Use Samples and Standards to Keep Brass Batches Consistent
For brass components, approved samples and written standards help reduce disputes around material, finish, color, texture, dimensions, and packaging. We can use drawings, physical samples, finish references, and inspection notes as the basis for repeat orders.
Material approval
Alloy, temper, thickness and certificate requirements are recorded before production material is released.
Physical sample approval
Fit, dimensions, visible surfaces, finish and assembly performance are confirmed on a real part.
Batch standard approval
Inspection frequency, acceptable workmanship, packaging and retained sample are agreed for repeat orders.
