Can We Manufacture Your Custom Bracket?

Check the material, forming, hardware and finishing requirements buyers usually need before sending an RFQ.

Materials

Carbon Steel · Stainless Steel · Aluminum

Galvanized steel, brass and copper reviewed where suitable.

Thickness

Reviewed by Material & Bracket Geometry

Feasibility depends on bends, holes, hardware and the drawing.

Cut Features

Laser Cutting · Punching · Holes · Slots

Profiles and mounting features follow the released drawing.

Formed Geometry

L · U · Z · Offset · Multi-Bend Forms

Bend relationships are reviewed around mating parts.

Hardware

PEM Nuts · Studs · Rivet Nuts · Mounting Features

Installed in drawing-defined positions where required.

Welding

MIG · TIG · Spot Welding

Used for gussets, joined brackets and fabricated assemblies.

Finishing

Powder Coating · Plating · Brushing · Anodizing

Finish requirements are reviewed by material and application.

Production

Prototype → Repeat Production

Sample review, pilot quantities and repeat OEM orders.

What Determines Whether Your Bracket Fits at Assembly

We control the dimensions and interfaces that can cause fit, alignment and assembly problems.

01

Hole Position & Alignment

Mounting holes, slots and interfaces are checked against the drawing before shipment.

02

Bend Angle & Geometry

Bend angles and formed geometry are checked to reduce fit problems during assembly.

03

Hardware Position

PEM nuts, studs, rivets and inserts are checked for position, orientation and installation quality.

04

Weld Distortion & Assembly Fit

Welded brackets are checked for distortion and mating-interface fit where required.

Questions Bracket Buyers Usually Need to Confirm

Yes. We review the drawing, material, thickness, geometry, quantity, hardware and finish before confirming the fabrication route and quotation scope.

Yes. These formed geometries can be reviewed together with offsets, slots, tabs, gussets and related mounting features. Final feasibility follows the drawing and material.

Yes, when they are specified in the drawing or agreed project scope. Hardware type, side, position and downstream assembly requirements should be included in the RFQ.

The review checks bend relationships, hole-to-bend conditions and mating features. Production and inspection are then based on the approved drawing and sample requirements.

Yes. Prototype or pilot quantities can be reviewed before approved requirements move into repeat OEM production.

Yes. Related panels, supports and fabricated parts can be coordinated under one drawing set when they are included in the agreed manufacturing scope.
