Can We Build Your Enclosure or Casing?
These are practical industry-range guidelines for early project screening, not universal guarantees. Final capability, tolerance and price follow the drawing, material, geometry and quantity review.
Mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel 304/316 and aluminum
Approximately 0.8–6.0 mm
Up to approximately 3,000 mm; larger or mixed-frame structures reviewed case by case
Cut features often ±0.10–0.20 mm; formed and welded assemblies controlled per drawing and size
One production-intent sample, pilot quantities and repeat production
STEP / STP, DXF / DWG and PDF files accepted for review
Powder coating, wet paint, plating, anodizing, brushing, polishing and specified masking
Inserts, studs, hinges, rails, seals, brackets, panels and specified hardware
Need a tighter tolerance, thicker structure or larger body? Mark the critical features on the drawing and we will review the route instead of rejecting the project from a generic table.
Three Controls That Prevent Most Enclosure Rework.
A useful supplier does more than quote flat metal. The enclosure is reviewed, manufactured and inspected around the equipment it must protect and support.
DFM Review Before Production
We review structure, access, ventilation, door gaps, mounting features, visible faces and cost drivers before the route is released.
One Accountable Supplier from Fabrication to Finishing
One supplier manages cutting, forming, welding, finishing, hardware installation and final inspection through one project contact.
Inspection of Assembly-Critical Features
Checks focus on hole positions, datums, door gaps, hardware, finish and packing details that could stop your installation.
Three Finished Products. Three Different Assembly Risks.
The photographs below are Yishang-manufactured customer projects. Customer names and proprietary dimensions remain private.
OEM Equipment Kiosk Enclosure
OEM equipment manufacturer · Customer name confidential
Powder-coated sheet-metal body · Framed trim · Doors, fasteners and silkscreen
Keep the tall body visually clean while protecting access-door fit, deburred handling edges and accurate control-panel graphics.
We reviewed access-door interfaces, edge finishing, fastener positions and silkscreen locations as one assembly.
The finished enclosure combined formed panels, service access, installed details and durable graphics in one assembly-ready body.
Custom Chassis enclosure
Electrical equipment manufacturer · Customer name confidential
Powder-coated steel · Hinged doors · Ventilation and raised base details
Repeat the door, hinge, ventilation and base relationships consistently across a production batch.
We kept the approved hinge, ventilation and raised-base relationships consistent through production and inspection.
A repeatable cabinet configuration was delivered with consistent visible finish and installation-related details. No unverified IP rating is claimed.
Compact Electronics Enclosure
Electronics equipment buyer · Customer name confidential
Formed steel panels · Powder coating · Vent cutouts, rivets and removable cover
Control hole edges, panel straightness, rivet alignment and coating appearance around dense ventilation features.
We controlled deburring, panel flatness, rivet positioning and surface preparation around the dense openings.
The finished chassis was prepared for downstream component and hardware installation without leaving burr and finish correction to the customer.
Not Sure Whether the Current Drawing Is Production-Ready?
Send it as it is. Early-stage drawings, markups and reference samples are welcome. The free review will identify the questions that affect enclosure fit, finish and quotation.
Five Details We Check Before They Become Your Rework.
Misaligned doors and panels
Door gap, hinge position and frame squareness are checked against assembly-critical dimensions after welding and finishing.
Incorrect holes or cutouts
Hole positions, mounting relationships and connector openings are checked from agreed datums and inspection references.
Sharp edges and rough openings
Doors, holes and ventilation openings are deburred and checked on customer-facing handling surfaces.
Coating on critical contact areas
Threads, grounding points and mating faces are identified and masked before coating and hardware installation.
Damage during shipment
Protective film, foam, separators and door restraints are selected around the approved finished surface.
Questions Before You Send an RFQ.
What is the MOQ?
One production-intent sample can be made first. Production MOQ is reviewed around enclosure size, tooling, finish, purchased hardware and repeat demand rather than one fixed number.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
We respond within 24 hours with initial feedback or clarification questions. A formal quotation follows once the manufacturing scope is clear.
Can I request a quote without complete drawings?
Yes. Early-stage drawings, marked-up PDFs, sketches, reference photos and samples can start the review. We will identify the missing details that affect fit, finish and quotation.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. An NDA can be arranged before detailed drawings and confidential project information are reviewed.
Which files can I send?
STEP or STP, DXF or DWG and PDF are preferred. Photos, marked-up sketches and physical samples can support an early review.
Can you meet tighter tolerances?
Often yes on selected critical features. Mark the functional dimensions and datums so the route can be reviewed around material, size, forming, welding and inspection.
Do you install hardware and assemble related parts?
Yes, when included in scope. Inserts, studs, hinges, rails, seals, brackets, panels and specified hardware can be coordinated with the enclosure.
Do you supply standard or semi-standard enclosures?
Yes. Standard-style, semi-standard and fully custom B2B enclosure projects can all be reviewed when the specifications and order requirements are clear.
Do these enclosures automatically have an IP, NEMA or UL rating?
No. A rating is only stated when the design, components, production controls and required testing or certification have been agreed for that project.
Send the Drawing Before Enclosure Problems Reach Your Assembly Line.
