Metal bracket material selection:
1、 the conventional plate materials are: cold rolled pipe, galvanized pipe, stainless steel pipe (201/304/316). According to the customer’s own needs and different areas to choose the above material customized metal tubing.
2、Outdoor area use: cold rolled pipe, galvanized pipe, 201 stainless steel pipe.
3、Recommended for outdoor or acidic area: 304, 316 stainless steel pipe.

Laser cutting: laser cutting machine cuts metal square tubes with any shape pattern according to CAD 3-dimensional drawings.
The glyphs are precise, not deformed, and the cutting lines are more rounded, more beautiful, and the transition is more natural. There is no thermal cutting damage to the material color, smoothness and other physical properties.
Laser welding:
Grinding: The surface of the metal tube is polished and welded with a grinder after welding.
Brushed: after polishing the surface of metal bracket, the surface of square tube is brushed.
Surface treatment:
Powder Spraying and Painting: Using powder coating attached to the workpiece, the coating film is formed on the surface of the workpiece after heat fusion, curing and other treatments.
You can choose different colors through Pantone color card.
Electroplating:
The process of using electrolysis to attach a metal film to the surface of metal or other materials to prevent metal oxidation (e.g., rust), improve wear resistance, electrical conductivity, light reflection, corrosion resistance (copper sulfate, etc.), and enhance the aesthetic appearance.
You can choose different plating colors from the plating color card as needed.
Quality Inspection:
After plating is completed, plating colors are checked according to the production customer’s confirmation of the plating color card.
Purpose: To ensure that the batch color is consistent with the color card.
Packaging:
Packing is by foam, plastic bag and export KAA carton to protect the product name from damage.
Each product name is packed in a carton which can be printed with buyer’s own logo. Customized packaging configuration is warmly welcomed.
Each package is crash-tested to ensure that it is strong enough not to fail during transportation.
By doing this, we can make sure our customers get the perfect metal stand.
Finished Product Feedback:
As you can see from the video, we first welded the base plate to the pallets on both sides, as the base plate is the support for the entire stand. We used tight welds to machine this bottom. Below is a picture of the customer’s feedback after receiving the finished product.
