What Lighting Buyers Usually Ask Before an RFQ
Can you manufacture lighting bases, housings and mounting parts from our drawings?
Yes — we fabricate lighting metal parts directly from customer drawings and 3D models. We review your STEP, DXF, DWG or PDF with the material, thickness and finish you specify, then confirm the manufacturable approach before quoting.
Can you produce formed or deep-drawn decorative lighting parts?
Yes, where the part geometry suits our forming and deep drawing capability. Forming, deep drawing and assembly work is confirmed against the actual drawing and planned tooling, so the final method is agreed before production.
How do you control visible-surface consistency after forming and finishing?
Visible surfaces and finish requirements are captured at the drawing review stage, then checked against agreed samples during production. Brushed direction, coating and plating are treated as inspection points so repeat parts match the approved sample.
Can you install studs, PEM hardware or other mounting components?
Yes — we install PEM nuts, studs, rivet nuts and other mounting hardware as part of the fabrication. Hardware positions are set from your drawing and verified during final inspection.
Can you support prototypes before repeat lighting production?
Yes — sample approval is built into our workflow. We confirm dimensions, appearance, fit and finish on the sample before moving into repeat production.
Can different finishes be coordinated across one lighting product or assembly?
Yes — finish coordination is part of the drawing review, so all parts in one assembly are planned against the same finish specification. Each part is then inspected to that agreed standard before shipment.
