Connected parts / assembly risks
Connected parts must work as one machine—not pass inspection as isolated metal pieces.
Fabrication decisions are controlled around the drawing features that affect downstream installation, access and finished fit.
01
Weld & Forming Distortion
Control distortion around mounting faces and assembly datums.
02
Hole & Hardware Alignment
Keep holes, slots and installed hardware aligned with mating parts.
03
Access, Ventilation & Cable Cutouts
Place access, ventilation and cable openings from the machine drawing.
04
Panel Fit & Assembly Clearance
Allow for bends, coating and hardware so finished panels assemble cleanly.

Connected manufacturing processes
Keep Connected Machinery Parts Under One Manufacturing Route
Each process stays tied to the same drawing, sample requirements and assembly-related inspection points.
01
Laser Cutting & Punching
Cut mating holes, slots, vents and openings from one released drawing set.
02
Metal Bending & Forming
Protect bend-to-hole and edge relationships required for assembly.
03
Welding
Control weld movement around datums, mounting faces and clearances.
04
Hardware Installation
Install PEM hardware, studs, hinges and handles for the mating assembly.
05
Surface Finishing
Coordinate finish and masking around fit and contact surfaces.
06
Assembly & Packing
Check connected part sets and protect interfaces for equipment assembly.
RFQ to repeat order
From Machinery Drawing to Parts Ready for Equipment Assembly
01
Review the Machine Drawing
Review part sets, materials, datums, interfaces, quantities and finishes.
02
Check Fit & DFM Risks
Flag bend, weld, hole, hardware-access and coating-clearance risks.
03
Coordinate Connected Processes
Keep cutting, forming, welding, hardware and finishing tied to one approved requirement set.
04
Inspect for Assembly
Check critical interfaces, finishes and installed hardware before packing.
Before you send an RFQ
What machinery buyers usually need to confirm
Yes. Frames, panels, guards, brackets, hardware and included subassemblies can be coordinated against one released drawing set and the same assembly requirements.
Yes. Send the complete assembly reference together with STEP, DXF, DWG or PDF part drawings. We identify the fabricated metal scope without implying that Yishang manufactures the complete machine.
Critical datums and mating features are identified first, then bend allowances, welding sequence, fixtures, masking and final inspection are planned around those interfaces.
Yes, when included in the agreed scope. Inserts, studs, rivet nuts, hinges, handles, rails, seals and other specified parts can be installed and checked.
Yes. A production-intent sample or pilot quantity can confirm fit, hardware, finish and critical requirements before repeat production is released.
Yes. Powder coating, wet paint, plating, anodizing, brushing, polishing and masking can be coordinated by material, appearance and assembly requirement.
