What Retail & Commercial Equipment Buyers Usually Ask Before an RFQ
Can you manufacture custom display stands and retail fixtures from our drawings?
Yes. We manufacture metal display stands, frames and retail fixture structures to customer drawings, confirmed dimensions and approved samples. We work from STEP, DXF, DWG and PDF files and confirm material, tube profile, sheet gauge and finish before production.
Can you manufacture vending machine cabinets and access panels without supplying the electronics?
Yes. We fabricate the metal cabinet body, doors, access panels and internal mounting structures. Electronics, payment systems, refrigeration systems and software are outside our manufacturing scope — we supply the metal enclosure ready for the customer’s own electronics assembly.
Can you manufacture metal housings and pedestals for self-service kiosks?
Yes. We manufacture sheet metal kiosk housings, freestanding pedestals, service doors and internal metal brackets to customer drawings. Touchscreens, payment hardware and software integration are outside our scope — we supply the metal structure ready for downstream assembly.
How do you control door fit, cutout positions and mounting features after fabrication?
We control panel geometry and weld alignment to the approved drawing and confirmed first-article sample. Cutout positions, door clearances and hardware locations are reviewed against drawing dimensions before each production run.
Can you install hinges, handles, PEM hardware and other purchased components?
Yes. We can install hinges, handles, PEM nuts, rivet nuts, studs and other purchased hardware as part of the fabrication process, confirmed from the assembly drawing and approved sample.
Can you support prototypes before repeat production for commercial equipment projects?
Yes. We produce prototypes from the customer’s drawing for fit, finish and assembly review. Confirmed prototypes move directly into repeat production with the same materials, processes and quality checkpoints.
